This is the role for a hunter. You will be our customer facing brand ambassador, empowered to reach out to clients old and new, and pitch them our innovative and exciting solutions.
You will be required to:
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.
• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they overachieve targets
• Mentor the team and work closely with them
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline to accurately forecast revenues.
• Schedule Customer Calls, Execute Follow-ups effectively on new leads and existing Accounts.
• Look for avenues to upsell product/service offerings.
• Conduct health checks on existing accounts and report.
• Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Write business proposals and Negotiating with stakeholders
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
