• Contributes to the development of the strategy for these bases

• Collaborates continuously with the contributors and all other actors involved in the topics monitored. 

• Develops and maintains with users quality standards and best practices. 

• Sets standards, recommends good practices. 

• Technology/regulatory watch 

• Contributes to technological/regulatory monitoring in order to maintain the suitability of the specificities and performances of databases for users' needs. 

User support:  

• User support/ Incident resolution: Solve user problems in line with current administrative processes and regulations  

• Support/expertise on technical topics to projects related to activities  

• Manages issues (functional requests, incidents): collection, contribution to impact analysis, solution proposals, implementation 

• Training and/or support for users 

Participation in the implementation of releases:  

• Interface management on technical topics 

• Ensures the interface between the business and the tool, collects needs, proposes solutions, participates in impact and feasibility analysis. 

• In collaboration with the business representatives, drafts the expressions of need taking into account the business processes and database possibilities, to allow the proposed/implemented solution to be the most appropriate and efficient.  

• Manages the version evolutions  

• Ensures the impact analysis 

• Elaborate and runs the tests 

• Gives its approval before production. 

• Contributes to the updating of technical documentation.
