Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking Data Controller to manage and maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of company data across
our internal CRM system, client portal, and physical document archive. The ideal candidate will also support day-to-day
administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update the internal CRM system with accurate client and operational data.
Manage data flow and storage for the client portal, ensuring consistency, privacy, and ease of access.
Organize, archive, and track physical documents and folders, ensuring traceability and compliance with
internal policies.
Perform routine audits of digital and physical data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Perform different administrative tasks, such as license renewals, insurance, Visa and etc.
Scan, file, and categorize incoming documents from clients and stakeholders.
Handle general administrative duties such as note-taking, document formatting, and coordination with
internal teams.
Assist in preparing standard templates, reports, and internal checklists related to client onboarding and
documentation.
Coordinate with IT and external service providers for secure data storage and access solutions.
