· Should have at least 10-15rs of experience with a track record of developing Comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
· Multiple store openings as per company expansion plan.
(10-12 stores per month).
· Retail Sector Experience preferable.
· Networking with Top Corporates, Real Estate intermediaries, Landowners, and local brokers for identifying business opportunities.

· Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc.
· Experience in identifying and exploring New Geographies and verticals for upcoming stores.
· Experience in Client Management and client relationship.
· Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.
· Analyses market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
· Identify, analyze, pursue, and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
· Manage Marketing strategies for the growth of the business.
· Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching of staff.
· Collect competitor information (within the retail industry), and build & maintain rapport with agents
