Full Job Description:

Job Title:  FDG Ballistic Missile Defense Senior Analyst 
Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
Security Clearance: Top Secret

Position Description:

• Operational experience and technical expertise with Joint, BMDS and Space activities, Army Field Artillery units and fire support employed by these units.
• Operational Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) expertise is required.  
• Air Defense Artillery (ADA) experience preferred.
• Ability to validate, prioritize, analyze and integrate Fires requirements to provide current and future decisive warfighting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.
• Manage the programming and budget associated with  Ballistic Missile Defense and associated capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience.
• HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred:

• 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
• Experience with Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
