• Handling end-to-end payroll activities.
• Adhering to compliances in a timely manner.
• Taking care of employee compensation and other allowances.
• Handle daily HR operations of the company which includes managing
attendance for Stores and Head Office.
• Maintain proper Database MIS and Tracker on employee details and manage
employee personal files.
• Prepare and issue Appointment and Service Bonafide letters.
• Adding new employees to HRMS and managing employee databases.
• Conduct HR induction, preparing training plan, on boarding and exit
formalities. Also assisting in Payroll activities.
