Job Responsibilities
The Sales Executive / AM role is responsible for discovering and identifying opportunities for FLAG to partner and deliver staffing & recruitment solutions to hiring employers.
The AM will generate lists of prospects through cold calling, market research, networking, and other means to identify potential clients.
Generate requisitions for the recruitment team to fill and drive the interview and onboarding process.
Develop and maintain client relationships through regular contact and visits.
Meet with prospects to discover potential opportunities and deliver customized recruitment solutions based on their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, by providing solutions, and delivering results.
Interface with client supervisors & managers on a consistent basis to provide updates, receive feedback commitments, get involved in forecasting, receive feedback, and generate additional requisitions.
The AM works closely with hiring managers to understand their pain points and provides resources, solutions, and coaching via the FLAG platform.
Cultivate strong face to face relationships with decision makers and position FLAG as the preferred vendor.
Provide FLAG Marketing material and additional items to clients & prospects alike.
The AM leverages their success to get introduced to additional departments and saturate the company through other FLAG verticals/divisions.
Proactively use Social Media platforms to promote jobs, create leads, and generate referrals.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to generate leads via phone, email, and in person.
Able to efficiently Follow up & Follow through with feedback for Clients and Contractors
Able to build rapport and efficient lines of communication with our clients & contractors.
Ability to interface with current and prospective clients as well as a diverse array of contractors
Ability to influence internal stakeholders and prospective hiring managers-Drive the process forward
Manage a high volume of clients and projects and prioritize accordingly
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and efficiency
Efficient organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrate Resiliency, adaptability, and execution when navigating a fast-paced and dynamic Founder culture
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and an overall technical aptitude to learn new systems quickly
