Job Purpose: As a Production Associate you will play a vital role in the production process by performing various tasks to ensure the efficient assembly and manufacturing of high-quality furniture and equipment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on floor, bench, or conveyor lines to perform diversified and intricate assembly and manufacturing operations on a variety of products.
  • Check products for quality and completeness, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.
  • Place parts in specified relationship to each other according to assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Perform various tasks and processes in a manufacturing environment, including material handling, assembly, and packaging.
  • Assist in performing set-ups by checking materials and obtaining necessary tools and jigs to manufacture products.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, including color, measurements, labels, and materials used.
  • Work at different workstations to meet production requirements and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.
  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
