Description:

The client is looking for a resource with INFOR XA 9.1 IFM experience and techno functional role. The resource will work on requirement gathering, solution design, integration with other ERP systems, trouble shooting, managing SIT/UAT, API testing, creation and review of end-user documentation, build relationship with business and software provider and so on.

The resource should have 5 plus year of experience in INFOR XA 9.1 with IFM (GL/AR/AP).

Following is the job description for this position:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenge.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done
• Works with Architects, Developers and various teams to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
• Conducts business process analyses, system assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in ERP financial applications in timely manner.
• Build relationships and provide technology guidance to business partners
• Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training.
• Oversees System Integration (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met for projects & enhancements.
• Work with software providers, IT managed service providers and business to design deliver and maintain financial IT software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

 ·       At least 5 yrs. of experience with strong knowledge of IT Financial applications

 ·       Experience with system the INFOR / IFM (International Financial Management) and/or INFOR Enterprise Financials

 ·       Experience with RPG a plus

 ·       Knowledge in ERP systems

• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SOPAPUI, Swagger)- a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
