JPC - 19 - Pediatric and Adolescent Clinical Therapist
[Smyrna, TN, 37167],  Tennessee,  United States | Posted - 11/19/24

Allied Behavioral Health Solutions (ABHS) is a locally owned behavioral health practice with a staff of dedicated,
passionate, and collaborative clinicians working towards ABHS’ goal of better outcomes for all. Since 2017, ABHS has been committed to providing high quality and accessible mental health services across Middle and East Tennessee. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be.

ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other’s professional
goals. We accept all orientations and faith traditions, and we are most interested in someone with a love for inclusivity
and allyship who can translate that into their therapy practice. We provide paid clinical supervision for pre-licensure
clinicians, a yearly continuing education/materials stipend, paid trainings in evidence based practices, paid orientation to the position, flexible scheduling with work from home and telehealth options, and our administrative staff provides
insurance credentialing and support in client management, scheduling, and billing. PTO and benefits are also available for full time staff.

In September 2024, ABHS opened the Resilient Roots Family Wellness Center (RRFWC) in Smyrna, a community space that includes clinical outpatient psychotherapy and medication management across the lifespan, intensive outpatient programming for perinatal mental health and children aged 8-12, a community hub, and a therapeutic preschool with inclusion classes for children 6 weeks - 5 years of age (pre-K). The ideal candidates for roles within RRWC will be passionate about supporting parents, infants, children, and families in meeting their mental health and educational goals. The primary function of this position is to provide individual, family, group, and intensive outpatient counseling for pediatric and adolescent aged clients ages 0 - 18 and their families.
