Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Mequon, WI. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring that products meet expected standards of quality. This may include implementing and monitoring procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control
• Understanding of inspection and testing procedures, methods, and equipment
• Leader who sets high standards and drives performance; able to motivate, inspire, engage, and build a department that achieves results.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the quality system policies and procedures
• Conversant with ISO-9001:2015 and other quality management standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, quality management, or business administration
• CWI certification or similar preferred
• ASQ certification or other relevant certification preferred
• Experience working in a contract manufacturing environment required
