Job Description

We are a small, friendly team looking for a Business Admin Apprentice (Level 3) to join our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn, and ready to start their career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Speaking with customers via phone and email in a polite, professional manner
  • Using our CRM system to log data, update customer records, and track interactions
  • Preparing and sending quotes for customer orders
  • Assisting with order processing and basic administrative tasks
  • Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service
  • Learning how to manage enquiries, resolve customer issues, and build relationships
  • Use of bespoke software and internal applications
  • Data entry
  • Any other administrative duties upon request

  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
  • Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems
