Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in managing IT-focused projects, preferably with cross-functional IT teams.
2. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Sprint Planning, Kanban, User Story, Test Plan and Test Case creation.
3. Previous experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
4. Strong communication skills, with a focus on comprehensive status reporting.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage one's own time as well as optimizing others' time.
6. Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
8. Experience working with remote resources.
9. Basic technical understanding of Active Directory as a technology.
10. Proficiency in Clarity PPM tool (version 16 or later preferred).
11. Knowledge of Office software products including MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in Active Directory (AD) consolidation/decommissioning projects.
2. Familiarity with Entra ID.
3. Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
4. Relevant professional certifications.
5. Experience with organizational change management (OCM).
6. Experience managing projects involving external consulting firms or business partners.
7. Previous experience with Microsoft is preferred.
8. Prior experience in AD projects is an advantage.
9. Experience working with Clarity PPM tool and managing project financials
