JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be the primary point of contact for all the new hires from the moment of offer acceptance through to completion of joining formalities and Induction.
• Ensure our new joiners are welcomed to the business and receive their onboarding kits, office tour, IT equipment, systems access, and appropriate induction.
• Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate system/ files.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in onboarding activities.
• Diploma or higher diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably in HR or business management or equivalent experience
