MDB Group is seeking to fill a Mission Command/Signal Senior Analyst position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology); and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract. 

Full Job Description:

  • Job Title: Mission Command/Signal Senior Analyst
  • Job Location: Pentagon, Full Time On-site
  • Security Clearance: Secret

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future Mission Command requirements, to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.
  • Manage the Army Mission Command/Signal/Communications Programming Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires operational experience with Tactical Radios in Army tactical units that employ Mission Command, Tactical Communications, Battle Command Transport Applications, and experience with tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems.
  • Requires expertise in Army Mission Command, Tactical Radios, Integrated Tactical Network, Combat Net Radio, and Nett Warrior. 
  • Requires Army Force Development/ Force Management/ Acquisition/ Requirements Development experience.
  • Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) or equivalent level experience.
  • Experience at Battalion or equivalent level (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years DoD FD-related experience.
  • 3 years must be direct HQDA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Satellite Communications (SATCOM)
  • Experience on Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignment preferred.
