As a Level 2/3 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving escalated issues related to Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.

 

This role is looking for some with the following skillset

Responsibilities include –

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise-class Information Technology team working across all aspects including architecture, development, project implementation, and operations
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with M365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive) at an Enterprise level.
  • Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 & 1 support and other teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to complete triage of faults that have been raised in a timely manor.

Administration and Configuration:

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of M365 systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement security policies and compliance measures within Microsoft 365.

End-User Support:

  • Perform analysis of IT processes to identify deficiencies impacting IT efficiency and effectiveness
Provide expert support to end-users, ensuring a positive experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
