Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Life Sciences Commercial domain with extensive experience in commercial data management, sales enablement, CRM, and analytics. This role plays a key part in driving strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, field enablement, and data governance functions in the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate brings strong pharma data expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients.

Position:
Life Sciences Commercial SME

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial data strategy in alignment with business goals

• Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance across commercial datasets

• Leverage advanced analytics and visualization tools to generate business insights

• Enhance field force enablement and productivity through targeted strategies

• Design and manage sales territory alignments and performance planning

• Apply CRM systems for customer interaction management and reporting

• Perform sub-national analytics to extract regional/local insights

• Advise clients on data management best practices and optimization strategies

Requirement Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in the life sciences commercial domain

• Strong knowledge of pharma data platforms: IQVIA, Symphony Health, IMS, Compass, Veeva, Model N, SAP

• Proficient in analytics and data tools: Databricks, Tableau, Informatica, Alteryx, Cognos, R, Python

• Expertise in sales and marketing analytics, CRM systems, and territory alignment

• Experience with customer/product MDM and incentive compensation data (preferred)

• Strong communication and client advisory skills

Additional Information:

• Location confirmation pending: Alameda or Pleasanton, CA

• Must have strong domain knowledge in pharmaceutical commercial data
