We have immediate openings for associate attorneys to assist in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including insurance bad faith and coverage. California Bar membership required. The practice is fast paced and involves significant research and motions, and depending on experience, attending court hearings, taking, and defending depositions, preparing for and attending trials. Excellent academic background, strong research, writing, and communications skills are required.
