Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, research, document review, and other legal support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Law with a focus on family law
• Legal document preparation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience conducting legal research
• Attention to detail and proficiency in document review
• Familiarity with legal software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Associate degree in Paralegal studies or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience with family law is highly desired, experience in litigation is a must
