Role: Manufacturing Engineer 
Location: Temecula, CA - 92591
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM


- 100% Onsite role.

- Local candidates will be given first preference by the shortlisting team.
- Open to National search (Relocation at own expense)

Skills Looking For:
- Entry level Manufacturing engineer for med device line support
- Troubleshooting skill sets, CAPAs exp including scrap and yield.
- Experience with DMAIC process and A3 problem solving tools.
- Project or Internship exp Exp: Exp in an environment like Line support, interacting with teams like different operators, assemblers and lead supervisors.
- Med device manufacturing exp is needed if they have exp.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors required (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineering)
- 0 to 3 years experience. Anything over that will be overqualified for this kind of role which is line support.
- Open to internship/project/thesis experience for fresh candidates.

Top Skills:
- DMAIC exp and
- Med device manufacturing  exp
- Troubleshooting and CAPA
- Fresh graduates: internship or thesis or project experience portraying work of the above-given skill sets (DMAIC knowledge and ability to explain it in detail, troubleshooting exp, med device industry).

- Phone screening followed by Onsite interview for local and video interview for non-local.
