JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling, tracking, and reporting using Primavera.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports in PowerPoint for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress and compliance.
• Support documentation, approvals, and project-related communication.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in construction/real estate projects within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
