• Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.
• Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations and referencing
• Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.
• Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.
• Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.
Technical Skills:
1. Non-IT Recruitment Experience
2. Very Good communication
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( MSExcel, MSword and Ms power point)
4.Knowledge of the Non-IT industry and current events
Management Skills:
1. Good Team Player
2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
3. Excellent time management
4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadline
