Job Description:
1. Retail Location Identification:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential retail store locations for salon expansion.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic plan for store location selection.
2. Site Evaluation and Selection: -
- Conduct site visits and assess the suitability of potential retail spaces.
- Evaluate factors such as foot traffic, demographics, and competitive landscape to determine the best locations for new salons.
3. Architecture Coordination:
- Work closely with architectural teams to ensure the successful design and construction of salon spaces.
- Communicate project requirements, budgets, and timelines to architects and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development process, including permits, zoning regulations, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget management for salon development.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers for salon-related materials and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective solutions for the development of salon spaces.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all activities related to store location selection and project management.
