Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic and tactical GenAI initiatives from inception to delivery, aligning AI/ML-driven solutions with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Define, prioritize, and manage GenAI use cases including intelligent automation, conversational AI (chatbots, virtual assistants), natural language processing, predictive analytics, risk assessment, and smart recommendations.

Oversee end-to-end program management including roadmaps, release planning, budgets, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Partner with data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of GenAI models into enterprise applications and customer-facing platforms.

Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships, including evaluation, proof-of-concepts, ROI analysis, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, SOC2, etc.) in all GenAI initiatives.
Qualifications

10+ years of Program/Project Management experience with at least 3–5 years leading AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs in global, cross-functional environments.

Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (LLMs, NLP, NLG, computer vision, AI-powered automation) and their enterprise applications.

Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and AI/ML deployment frameworks.

Hands-on expertise with Agile/SAFe/Hybrid delivery models and tools (JIRA, ADO, MS Project, Confluence, Planview, Smartsheet).
