Responsibilities include:

* Management of critical projects within strategic transformation project

* Detailed project planning, estimating, delivery and issue management through implementation and support hand off

* Risk and issue management

* Stakeholder communications and expectation management

* Aligning project goals with organizational objectives as needed

* Strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills are essential.

* Experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing software development projects

* Knowledge of Jira for project management within similar structure/tools a plus.

Skills:

8+ years providing project management and managing all stakeholders and vendor relationships as needed

* 4+ years experience with salesforce applications and implementation protocols

* 5+ experience with implementing functional customer relationship management (CRM) solutions end-to-end

* 5+ years managing change across IT and Business stakeholders

* Excellent verbal & written communications skills

* Excellent Project Management, preferable agile methodology

* Proven team player working within IT and across Business Subject Matter Experts

* Working knowledge of online, ecommerce, supply chain solutions
