● Onboarding and cost negotiation with various partner agencies. Closing Joint
venture partnerships while defining clear targets and deliverables.
● Staying updated with respect to various social media trends. Working on
drafting the overall campaign themes, communication as well as creative
guidelines.
● Bachelor’s degree (B. Tech/BE/B.Sc./BA) from a reputed institute with 2+
years of experience of working in influencer marketing.
● Creative thinker with the ability to come up with novel ideas while working
under a high-pressure result-oriented environment.
● Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and
closing commercial deals.
● Proven expertise in stakeholder management, aligning with cross-functioning
teams and bringing them to a consensus.
