Acosys Consulting Services (Acosys) is looking to hire a Technical /Digital Recruiter for a permanent full-time position.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Interacts on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements;
Develops hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and subject matter experts. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/ media for the most effective solution to meet requirements;
Acts as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion client’s standard delivery solution;
Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities;
Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to the clients for review;
Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies;
Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent contract generation;
Communicates results and organizes start dates with client and candidate;
Ensures the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire;
Works with other recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility;
Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques;
Executes legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing as required;
Keeps up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web 2.0 technologies, etc.); and
May review resumes and determine if they are a potential fulfillment of a position and provide pre-qualified candidates that align to demand requirements.
Leading and mentoring other recruiters in the best practices for IT talent recruiting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in IT/Technical requirements;
Strong relationship management skills;
Pipeline management Professional Skill Requirements;
Must have experience in any ATS system to perform efficient sourcing and building database;
Able to perform and deliver on a process oriented and fast paced environment;
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and superior interpersonal skills;
Must display professionalism, confidence and sense of urgency;
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
Experience in other HR areas is an asset;
Experience with Government of Canada security screening process an asset;
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written; and
Have an established resource network in SAP and Salesforce highly desired.
