• Job Title: OCAR-Senior Analyst Position
• Job Location: On-site, Fort Belvoir

Position Description:

• Requires strong analytical skills, performing operations, research, and system analysis functions including data mining, data analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, and mathematical modeling.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting equipping data.
• Database experience; drafting tracking and updating databases.
• Experience tracking the equipment's complete life cycle, including equipment programming, budgeting, procurement, delivery, receipt, sustainment, and divestiture.   

Responsibilities:

• Track the complete life cycle of equipment to include programming, budgeting,
  procurement, delivery, receipt at the unit level, sustainment, and divestment.
• Perform operations research, and system analysis (ORSA) functions to include but not limited to data mining, data analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, and mathematical modeling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience. 
• HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:

• 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
• Experience on Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
