Role

We are looking for a Medical Information Officer / Specialist to support a client project in Germany (starting date : November-December 2025). The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, and English and will provide high-quality medical information services while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs via email and phone in German, French, and English.

  • Conduct Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cases.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client, handling reporting, KPI monitoring, and invoicing.

  • Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Process Documents (WPDs).

  • Perform bibliographic research and draft summaries on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Participate in on-call duty rotations.

Profile

  • Educational Background: Preferably a scientific degree or experience as a medical secretary. Equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry (2-3 years) is acceptable.

  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

    • Comfortable handling phone inquiries.

    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus).

    • Ability to conduct bibliographic research and draft summaries (preferred).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

    • Proactive, adaptable, and stress-resistant in a fast-paced environment.

    • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additional Advantages:

  • Knowledge of another European language is a plus.

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.
