- Employee onboarding in ADP
- AR/AP & Vendor management
- Payment follow-ups
- Assisting in month end and year-end financial activities
- Onboarding/offboarding employees to ADP & Benefits
- Working with Attorney on employee immigration matters (H1-B, EAD, GC applications)
- POC for employee queries
- Work with ADP in applying for new State Unemployment Tax IDs as employees get onboarded in different states within the US.
- Work with legal team to review and execute Client/Vendor Contract
- Evaluating employee benefit (Medical, dental, vision, 401K) providers and helping shortlist the right vendor/plan for the organization.
- Evaluating Corporate Insurance brokers (GL, E&O, Crime, Fidelity, Cyber, Workers Comp policy) and helping shortlist the right vendor/coverage for the organization.
- Solid hands-on experience on QuickBooks
