Keen interest and experience in the Business Loans segment
Strong written and oral communication skills

Willing to travel to branch locations to train and motivate teams
Research new branch locations to be opened and get hiring done as per plan
Drive sales contests and track RM / Branch productivity
Understand portfolio MIS, repayment trends and feedback for product changes
Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Should be excited in growing the business and be passionate about sales culture
Own the P&L for each branch and should be able to drive each BM accordingly
Should work closely with Credit Team to understand portfolio behaviour and take
appropriate actions fast
Should be agile to new ideas as we move to digitize the customer journey and explore new
products like Business LAP, Solar Loans etc.
Needs to work with Solar Team and Business team
