Evaluate competitor offerings / industry trends to ensure Pinterest has the most competitive offerings (annual deals, agency deals, media based incentives, products, etc) and the ability to translate knowledge into impactful strategy, programs and/or training.
Responsible for competitive/industry related collateral, regular communications to leadership and the broader sales organization on program GTM and competitive strategy
Intelligence tracking: recurring delivery of industry and competitor activity related to performance, incentives, product portfolio, partnerships, marketing, strategic direction and consumer trends.
On demand support to provide data driven information, intelligence, and general expertise to the sales organization upon request (including top industry and competitor news, trends and market activity)
Skills:    
What we’re looking for: - 10-15 years of work relevant experience - Ability and willingness to build expertise on the Pinterest platform - Strong project management expertise, ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish rapport, define expectations and gain commitment to -project goals and deliverables - Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently - Ability to translate and synthesize data and complex information into compelling narrative - Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure This is a contract position at Pinterest.
