Job Description:

Recruitment:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
  4. Manage the recruitment database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring processes.

Payroll:

  1. Administer payroll processing activities, including time and attendance tracking, benefits administration, and payroll disbursement.
  2. Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations regarding payroll and taxation.
  3. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  4. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
  5. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment and payroll administration.
  3. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software.
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
