Title: ServiceNow Developer
Duration: FTE/ Contract
Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle for the system, driving process optimization and automation across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
Work with onsite team and interact with stakeholders across various business departments (e.g.,
Operations, Finance, Infrastructure) to understand requirements and develop them into technical solutions.
Articulate the solution design and configure ServiceNow workflows and automation to optimize ticketing processes and improve user experience.
Work on ServiceNow governance policies and standards specific to the project system.
Analyze ServiceNow data and reports to identify opportunities for improvements
Stay current on emerging ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in ITSM principles and best practices. 5-7 years of experience on ServiceNow.
Strong multi-project experience of ServiceNow implementation including integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
Demonstrated strong work ethics, self-driven, result oriented, and team player.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python (preferred).
Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
