Job Description: Remote Role.

Max Rate: $55/Hr.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to oversee and execute third-party events from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in event management, with a strong background in managing venue selection, contract acquisition, vendor coordination, food and beverage planning, audiovisual needs, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution: Plan, manage, and execute third-party events, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.
Venue Management: Identify, select, and negotiate contracts with venues that align with event objectives and budget constraints.
Vendor Coordination: Source, manage, and liaise with vendors, including caterers, audiovisual providers, decorators, and other service providers.
Food & Beverage Management: Oversee all food and beverage arrangements, ensuring quality, appropriateness, and alignment with event goals.
Audiovisual Needs: Coordinate audiovisual requirements, including setup and operation, to ensure seamless integration and functionality during events.
Logistics: Handle all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenditures are controlled.
Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality events that meet client objectives and company standards.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in managing complex events and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge: Proficiency in event management software and tools. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in event planning.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
