Our client MDB Group is seeking to fill a (FDM)–Army Force Development position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract. 

Full Job Description:

  • Job Title: (FDM) Senior Analyst 
  • Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
  • Security Clearance: Secret
Position Description:
  • Experience conducting in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness; identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solutions.
  • Requires former military experience.  Unit Status Report (USR), equipment readiness tracking/reporting experience required.
  • Experience performing data trend analysis, including coordination and staffing with Army Commands, G-4, and Army Materiel Command.
  • Experience in supporting efforts to increase S-Level (EOH) Unit Readiness including coordination and staffing with Army Commands, G-4, and Army Materiel Command.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness, identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solution sets.
  • Identify the root causes of Army Equipment On Hand (EOH) un-readiness.
  • Participate in efforts to increase S-Level Unit Readiness including coordinating with ACOM and ASCCs, and identifying Army excess equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience. 
  • HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
  • Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:

  • 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
  • Experience with Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
