Specific Position Requirements
Job Duties
Ensures that all guests to the Client Pavilion receive an exceptional Client experience.
Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility.
Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties.
Assist in all general daily activities as needed.
Receives ongoing training and development.
Works special events, including set up, and tear down.
Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays.
Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.
Greet guests, tour groups, etc.
Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front desk
Take tour reservation with guests via phone
Greet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layout
Required Skills
Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be comfortable interacting with Pavilion guests
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
High level of customer service and professionalism
Some computer experience would be helpful
Previous experience working in a museum is a plus
Additional Information
This will be an Onsite position
Should have availability Monday-Saturday (closed on Sunday)

Ensures that all Client stakeholders and guests to the Client Attractions (Pavilion, Tractor & Engine Museum, Historic Site, World Headquarters display floor) receive an exceptional Client experience.
Trained to provide guided tour, or information to those interested in learning more about the company’s history, global operations and its equipment and services.
Public speaking and customer service training for all levels of tours (including VIP and Dignitary).
Prepare exhibits and facility for opening/closing.
Assist in all general daily activities as needed.
Ongoing training and development.
Be an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.
Present educational programming for students’ pre-K through high school to meet state core curriculum standards.
Work special events, including coordination support, set-up, tear-down.
Availability to work during a 7 day a week operation, including holidays.
