MDB Group is seeking to fill a Satellite Communications/Mission Command - Senior Military Analyst position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides  Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract. 

• Requires operational experience in Army tactical units that employ Battle Command Transport Applications and have an understanding of tactics, techniques and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems. Communications/Mission Command experience.  
• Satellite Communications (SATCOM) experience desired.
• Requires expertise in FDC- specific programs, ideally in COMSEC Modernization, network transport, Satelite Database Operations, Common Operating Environment and integration, Integrated Personnel and Pay system, Home Station Mission Command Centers, Cyber Operations, and Global Force Management.                                                                                                                                   

• Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.
• Manage the Army FDC programming and budgeting process.

• DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience. 
• HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
• Bachelor’s Degree

• 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
• Experience on Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
