Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on collaborating with individuals, families, medical providers, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. We are dedicated to building relationships with clients, families, medical providers, and communities to build an allied system of support to create better outcomes for all. The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support for the assigned location/team.

Reports to: Location site director (team coordinator and/or division director), the Admin Team Coordinator, and ABHS Director of Operations


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Answer phones and respond to emails that are directed to the assigned office
    • Build and maintain schedules for behavioral health staff at assigned locations, including keeping and maintaining an active waitlist for behavioral health services
    • Track supplies for the assigned location, and communicate with the location’s team coordinator and/or division director promptly when supplies are required
    • Collaborate with behavioral health team, the site team coordinator/division director, as well as the larger ABHS administrative team
    • Additional administrative tasks as assigned

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with children, adolescents, and families quickly.
  • Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.

Compensation: $39,000 - $41,000 per year
